How Will I Receive My Items?
Once your purchase has been completed successfully, you will automatically receive an invitation to join our official Discord server:
After joining the server, please follow these steps to claim your order:
Create a Support Ticket
Open a ticket in the Discord server using the designated ticket system. This ticket will be used to verify your purchase and organize your item delivery.
Wait for Staff Assistance
Once your ticket has been created, a member of our team — usually the owner or an authorized staff member — will respond as soon as possible to begin your transfer process.
Please note: Response times may vary depending on availability and time zones. If your timezone differs significantly from ours, we will coordinate a suitable delivery time with you directly through your ticket.
Join the Private Server & Receive Your Items
After your order has been verified, the owner will send you a private server link where your purchased items will be delivered safely. Once you join the private server:
- The owner will complete the transfer directly in-game.
- You may be asked to confirm your username before delivery.
- Please make sure you are available and ready to join when the transfer begins.
Payment Security
Your payments are fully secure. All transactions are processed through Stripe, one of the world's most trusted third-party payment providers. This means:
- Your payment information is encrypted and protected.
- We do not directly store your card details.
- Purchases are handled through a secure checkout system.
Important Information
- Please make sure your Discord pings are enabled so you can get notified of our staff ping in case we arent available to deliver at the moment
- Be patient after opening a ticket, timezones may affect delivery timing. If your timezone differs significantly from ours, we will coordinate a suitable delivery time with you directly through your ticket.
- If you experience any issues, our support team will assist you through your ticket.
